We at savvygifting.com want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item or items arrive damaged or defective please contact us within 3 days of receiving them. Telephone 256- 281-6132 or customerservice@savvygifting.com
For returns please telephone us at: 256-281-6132 or email us at customerservice@savvygifting.com within 2 weeks of receipt of your item for a return number. Items returned without a return number are subject to a 50% restocking charge. During the holiday season we extend our return policy for your convenience. Please contact us for details.
All returns and exchanges must be in the original condition and original packaging as it was received in order to receive a full web site credit minus any restocking fees that may apply . Shipping and return shipping charges are not refundable and the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders for personalized, monogrammed or made to order items cannot be cancelled or modified once your order is placed. This is why we double check with you to make sure we have the right information. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. If you receive an item that is incorrect we will gladly order you a corrected item at no additional charge and may ask you to email us a picture of the incorrect item. Because many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer restocking fees that apply will be deducted from your web site credit. ( see restocking rates below)
Refunds are issued in the form of a web site credit no exceptions.
INTERNATIONAL: On International orders we are not responsible for custom fees or taxes. We cannot be responsible for delivery time although we will make every attempt to help you track a package. International packages are shipped International Priority mail so that we have a tracking number.
Please allow sufficient time for personalized or monogrammed orders for holidays and special occasions. We are not responsible for items not being on time due to ordering late during the busy holiday shopping time frames. Any questions please contact us.
